3 Ingredient Pumpkin Dip Recipe (2)

This 3 ingredient Pumpkin Dip Recipeis like pumpkin pie in the scoopable form! So amazing and a crowd favorite!

We went to visit some of our most favoritest-super-duper-fabulous family friends a few weeks ago. They are such amazing people and I just hope that I can be half as much as awesome as they are. I truly believe they are guardian angels and we are so blessed to have them in our lives. I am so blessed to have them in my life.

We went to visit and Sue and her husband, Greg, they had pumpkins for the boys to carve. So we enjoyed the nice weather and carved some pumpkins. Michael wanted to draw and carve his pumpkin but made me scoop out the guts!

Ryan wanted NOTHING to do with the whole carving as he was having too much fun with their animals. They have dogs, cats, chinchillas, tortoises and turtles as their pets! So the boys enjoyed feeding the tortoises bananas and the dogs their treats!

When we moved inside to visit and enjoy each other’s company Sue whipped out this delicious dip that I am so excited to share with you! She had altered the existing recipe and it was AWESOME! As you can see after she put it out, Ryan claimed his spot next to her so they could rock! So sweet!

(Please excuse the grainy cell phone picture…and they were rocking and Ryan was foot kicking!)

I just want to show you something real quick, totally keeping it REAL. I started out by NOT using whipped cream cheese…and I used my hand mixer…it looked like this:

Not very appetizing right? And I mean I beat and beat that stuff!

Then I went to my Blendtec Blender and I used my twister jar and used the batter setting and It then looked like this:

I recommend blending or using whipped cream cheese to start out with! Those are just my suggestions! And now to the recipe!
