Just curious…how long might these last on the shelf? A week? Longer?

    1. Crystal – No, these won’t last that long. Make sure you keep them in an air-tight container like a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out. They might last a week at the most.

    1. Katy – I buy the Ezekiel tortillas from Whole Foods. But I know many health food stores carry that brand.

  9. I went to make these and a) I don’t have a spritzer so I used a brush and lightly brushed the oil on. I used the garlic powder and then didn’t have the parm cheese so I used feta (yum!) however my oven wouldn’t work…so I put them on the stove for a low/med flame and they were done in just a few minutes, just before they started to curl on the pointy end. they are so good!

  12. so I just found these ships called Simply Tostitos and was wondering if you thought these would be considered clean? The ingredients are Organic Yellow corn, Expeller-Pressed Sunflower oil, and sea salt. Thoughts?
New to the clean eating thing and just trying to find easy substitutes for my favorite foods! Thanks so much!

    1. Angie – Chips are processed. But those sound better than most others, so if you have to buy them, those would be the ones to go with.

  13. I just made these for a future meal. How can I store them to keep them crispy?

    Reply

    1. Tami – Definitely pack them up air tight. I would check them every couple of day though. They won’t last very long. Keeping them in the fridge will help, but the most important thing is to not let air at them.
