How do I email UCR student health services? ›

USHIP, the Undergraduate Student Health Insurance Plan, is the medical health insurance plan offered by UCR to all registered undergraduate students. All UCR undergraduate students are automatically enrolled in USHIP when they pay their UCR registration fees each term.

UCR Health medical offices provide the communities of inland Southern California with convenient access to top-quality physicians. Our clinics offer services in women's health, primary care, family medicine, pediatrics and more.

Regular status employees who meet the admission requirements of the university are eligible for a two-thirds reduction of both the systemwide tuition and student services fee when enrolled in regular session courses of up to nine units or three courses per quarter or semester, whichever provides the greater benefit.

Enrolling in Health Insurance

Undergraduates are automatically enrolled in the UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP) unless they waive the coverage. The cost of coverage through UC SHIP will be included as part of your Student Services Fees. You'll receive more information about UC SHIP with your first BruinBill.
